Field Manpower Coordinator

Wanted field Manpower coordinator. Roles and responsibilities: Company will share the current requirements. 1. Selected employee have to Get Daily minimum 20-30 interested data entries from the candidates either thru field campaigns or reference or communities. 2. Out of which min 25 joinings /week should be done based on CFI's current requirements. 3. Monthly minimum 100 joinings has to be done for sustaining. Fixed salary:5k/month (attendance based on targets/day) Commission slab: Less than 100 joining/month- Rs. 150/candidate(15k/ month) More than 100 upto200- Rs. 200/ candidate (20k-40k/month) More than 200 candidates- Rs. 300/candidate (60k+/month) Employee Should coordinate with candidate till joining. Candidates Will be taken care by our company's field sales employee once they reach nearby bustop or railway station to the company or directly in the company. Categories: 1. 10,12,iti,diploma male candidates 2. Bike and licence male candidates (field executives)- chennai 3. Welder, fitter, plumber, electrician 4. Female or male for supermarkets, textiles,showrooms, etc 5. Construction labours and iti/diploma/civil candidates for site supervisor.
