Field Logistic Representative (FLR) F/H

As a Field Logistic Representative (FLR) at Safran Aircraft Engines, your mission is to serve as the dedicated logistics point of contact for the client. Your key responsibilities include: - Being the primary contact for the client regarding any logistical questions - Establishing and maintaining a privileged client relationship to effectively manage and coordinate logistical requests - Identifying and addressing client requirements, capturing their perspective, monitoring satisfaction levels, and recording field data - Managing Logistics, Customs, and Transport functions based on client needs - Streamlining logistical flows - Acting as the interface between the client and Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) - Advocating for the client's voice and benchmarking industrial partner practices - Upholding and promoting SAE values - Contributing constructively to team spirit within the front and back offices Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities - Good communication skills for multi-relationship management (both remotely and internally within the company) - Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment, with the role being based in Ambala, India (near a military base) - Availability, autonomy, curiosity, and responsiveness - Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to procedures - Minimum of 5 years successful experience in supply chain activities - Experience abroad is recommended - Additional assets: - Proficiency in Hindi language - Familiarity with SAE logistical organization, business processes, and tools - Understanding of the military environment Safran Aircraft Engines values and encourages applications from individuals with disabilities for employment opportunities.,
