Field Logistic Representative (FLR)

You will be working as a Field Logistic Representative (FLR) at Safran Aircraft Engines, serving as the dedicated logistics point of contact for the client. Your responsibilities will include handling local logistical needs, managing and tracking orders, and ensuring effective coordination. Your main duties will involve: - Being the primary contact person for the client regarding any logistical queries - Establishing and maintaining a strong client relationship to effectively manage and coordinate their logistical requests - Identifying and addressing client requirements, understanding their perspective, monitoring satisfaction levels, and recording field data - Overseeing Logistics, Customs, and Transportation functions based on the client's needs - Streamlining logistical processes - Managing client interactions with Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) - Advocating for the client's needs and benchmarking industrial partner practices - Upholding and promoting SAE values - Contributing positively to team dynamics within the front and back offices Key qualifications for this role include: - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities - Good communication skills for both internal and client relations, including remote interactions - Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment, particularly in Ambala, India (near a military base) - Availability, autonomy, curiosity, and responsiveness - Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to procedures - Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in supply chain activities - International experience is preferred - Proficiency in Hindi language is a plus - Familiarity with SAE logistics tools and military environments would be beneficial If you are passionate about logistics and customer service, and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity at Safran Aircraft Engines.,
