Field Executive

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and senior management professionally. Key Responsibilities

• Existing Site Management - Regularly visit and monitor existing client sites to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain good relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly. - Coordinate with site supervisors and employees to ensure proper service delivery. - Identify operational issues and take necessary action to resolve them. - Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term business relationships.
• Client Communication & Coordination - Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, senior management, and higher authorities. - Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on site operations. - Handle client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required. - Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
• Business Development & B2B Sales - Identify and approach potential corporate clients for outsourcing services. - Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and client referrals. - Present the company's services to prospective clients. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with management to prepare service proposals and quotations. - Follow up with potential clients and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
• Reporting & Documentation - Prepare daily field visit reports and client follow-up reports. - Maintain basic records using Microsoft Excel and Word. - Prepare and share reports, emails, and other business documents as required. - Track existing client requirements, new business leads, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills - Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. - Previous experience in field operations, client management, or B2B sales is preferred. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate respectfully with senior-level officials and corporate clients. - Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. - Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections. - Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, housekeeping, security services, or other B2B service industries. - Ability to manage multiple client sites and maintain professional relationships. - A proactive approach to both operational responsibilities and business development. Compensation & Benefits - Travel allowance [as per company policy]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
