Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to handle property listing and property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding property owners, promoting properties, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact property owners, builders, agents, and potential buyers.
Generate leads for property listings and property sales.
Explain listing plans, property details, pricing, and project benefits.
Onboard and assist clients with property listings.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate property/site visits with interested customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Any Degree/Diploma.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Telecalling, Field Sales, or Business Development preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Real estate market knowledge is an added advantage.
