Field Engineer - CNC Machines

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers, either on-site or remotely. - Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of products and equipment. - Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer complaints. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and repair guides. - Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments. - Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians. - Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronics systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel for site visits and training. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) - Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation - Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
