About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Visit delinquent clients in assigned areas for B2B payment collection & follow up. 2. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and interactions withthe client. 3. Visit clients to remind them of overdue payments. 4. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts. 5. Provide good service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve collection processes. 7. Take care of the documentation & invoicing. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Proven experience in B2B payment collections. 3. Good communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Basic computer skills. Note: 1. Candidate must have 0-3 years of experience. 2. Salary: 20,000-30,000 per month.
