Job Title: Field Boy Purchase Department

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local vendors/suppliers for collection and delivery of materials, quotations, or purchase orders.
• Submit cheques, collect invoices, and support payment-related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and follow up on material availability.
• Assist in physical verification of purchased materials when required.
• Maintain proper records of all documents and materials handled.
• Support purchase team in day-to-day office and outdoor activities.
• Ensure all field activities are completed within specified timelines.
• Handle company documents responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines during field operations.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and vendors.
• Proficient in using Google Maps.

Minimum: Graduate
