field boy (Admin & Utility Support)

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents from banks, vendors, government offices, and courier services.
• Help in the preparation and arrangement of outdoor events or meetings.
• Assist in basic IT hardware support like plugging/unplugging wires, helping IT staff in physical setups.

Help shift computers, routers, UPS systems, and other electronic items during desk movement or setup.

• Carry hardware items (CPU, keyboards, cables) as needed to/from stores or service centers
• Coordinate with vendors for services like internet installation (e.g., Jio Fiber), electrical work, printer repairs, AC maintenance, etc.
• Collect and compare quotations from service providers.
• Provide first-level support or escalate technical issues as neede
• Request and follow up for creation of new employee email IDs.
• Deactivate or transfer email accounts of resigned employees.
• Request shared folders, system access, or printer setup.
• Maintain a basic tracker of active email IDs and access requests.
• Assist in setting up internet connections, moving IT hardware, or troubleshooting basic connectivity issues.
