Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Associate in Bangalore to visit partner fashion stores and digitize their garment catalogue.

Your responsibilities include capturing clear images of garments, recording details like price/fabric/style, and uploading everything via our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit partner fashion stores assigned to you
• Capture high-quality photos of garments as per app guidelines
• Collect garment details: price, fabric, fit, category, size-set
• Upload photos & data accurately using the our mobile app
• Ensure catalogue completion without missing SKUs
• Maintain daily/weekly digitization targets
• Report progress to the operations manager

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream)
• Two-wheeler + Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
• Able to speak English + Kannada (Required)
• Comfortable with field work and visiting multiple stores daily
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in fashion is a bonus

Compensation

• ₹17,000 per month
• Fuel reimbursement (fixed monthly reimbursement)
• Incentives for completing catalogue targets
