Key Responsibilities Review and analyze medical records received from insurance companies. Allocate cases to field investigators and monitor field investigation progress. Prepare trigger points based on case details to guide investigation. Draft clear, accurate investigation reports for submission to clients. Handle claim closure communication via email and relevant portals. Support team leads and contribute to daily operational workflow.
