FICA Analyst

Role Overview: As a FICA Analyst at Booking.com, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in SAP FICO and FICA/FICAx to design solutions that align with the business objectives and goals. You will play a key role in developing solution design documents, functional design documents, configurational rationale, testing, and deployment. Collaborating with business owners and digital teams, you will identify improvement opportunities and provide suitable solution designs. Your experience in FICA/FICAx will be crucial in translating business requirements into system configurations that meet the business needs. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating FICA/FICAx with SAP FICO, Account Determination, and Revenue Recognition. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of projects and ensure quality changes from planning to go-live hypercare - Apply analytical thinking to provide scalable and innovative solutions - Make quick decisions in a dynamic environment with some level of uncertainty - Identify opportunities for process and people improvements in project delivery and development methodologies - Conduct training for key users and provide key user support - Analyze issues and changes effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICA implementation or support, including analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP FICA technical and functional solutions - Familiarity with BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) is advantageous - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Organized, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented - ABAP code debugging capability is a plus (read, interpret, design program logic) - Experience in integrating digital platforms/legacy applications with SAP,
