Fibre Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Fibernet connections for customers (FTTH / broadband).
• Handle splicing, cabling, and router configuration.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and resolve connectivity issues.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints on time.
• Coordinate with the network operations team for fault rectification.
• Maintain installation and service records daily.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Fibernet / Broadband field work.
• Good knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR, and optical networking equipment.
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days a week
• Field-based role within Madurai region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
