Purpose & Summery of position : As a Senior Sales Executive your primary responsibility is to drive the execution of sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets by nurturing existing customer relationships, developing sales proposals, and closing deals. You'll also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity, and contributing to the development of new products and services. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events and trade shows to foster business growth and brand recognition. Duties: To constantly remain knowledgeable about the Companys Product Line, its basic chemistry, its applications, Quality Standards and Pricing Policy and Company’s Sales Strategy. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities. To submit accurate and timely MIS of Sales Activities. To submit accurate and timely Travel Expenses and settle the advances taken if any. Based on customer experiences, suggest measures to improve the system in Sales Processes, Product offerings etc. Responsibilities: To actively liaise with current Clients to retain their interest and to seek continued patronage. Identify and target potential new clients and expand the customer base. Present product/service offerings to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Ensure active collaborative support from cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Dispatch, R&D etc. for seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Managing sales target, growing the market share in each segment, and developing new business through effective lead management in the respective Region. Responsible for achieving efficiency in receivables, forecast and delivery performance. Managing distributor and working with them to grow the sales and collect payments. Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships. Conducting trials, developing key account plan & strategies, maintaining, and updating customer databases. Managing budgets, plan monthly travel based on business requirement. Attending trade shows, technical seminars, and webinars to upgrade knowledge, gain updates on industrial developments and improve networking in company interest Industry. Accountabilities: Accountable for Safe Custody of Company related confidential information, which he may come to know in the process of performing his Duties and Responsibilities. Accountable for safe custody of Company Samples and other promotional materials. Authorities: To make recommendations as regards Product Price, Discounts and Concessions to the Customer, with justifications, to secure at sales deal. To represent organization, entertain and engage prospective customers, negotiate, and secure Sales Deal and maintain cordial relations.
