As an Analyst with 2-7 years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai and hold a qualification of Graduate/IT/B.Tech or post-graduate MBA/MCA. Your role will require hands-on experience with Python or VBA macros, showcasing a strong technology mindset. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with familiarity with data manipulation tools like Alteryx or Power BI. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of OTC and Cash, Swaps Fixed Income products and markets, as well as exposure to electronic trading. Your success in this role will also hinge on your excellent teamwork and communication skills. You should be able to effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders and engage with individuals at all levels within the business. Furthermore, your ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment will be critical to your performance.
