FFS operator

Steribio Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of injectable formulations (LVP), is looking for a skilled and dedicated Operator .

Job Title: FFS Operator
Department: Utilities / Engineering / Facilities
Location: Patas

Qualifications :

• ITI, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operating FFS machine in a pharmaceutical or similar injectable formulation LVP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must ensure proper cleaning and efficient running of the FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machine with a focus on achieving low rejection rates and high production output.
• Has to carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule to avoid unexpected breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
• Must follow and implement CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place / Sterilize-in-Place) systems to maintain hygiene and comply with quality standards.
• Is required to maintain proper documentation related to machine cleaning, maintenance, production output, and quality checks.
• Has to train and guide the downline team to ensure consistent performance, operational safety, and adherence to SOPs.
• Must work on reducing plastic granule consumption through optimized machine settings and process improvements.
• Needs to maintain and monitor spare parts inventory to ensure availability and avoid production delays.
• Is expected to perform self-maintenance of the machine to minimize external dependency and improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,003.33 - ₹40,000.00 per month
