Job Title: Electric Vehicle Charging Network Manager Job Overview: The Electric Vehicle Charging Network Manager is responsible for planning, constructing, and operating the company's electric vehicle charging network, ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of charging facilities, while optimizing network layout and user experience. This role requires coordinating the technology, operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to drive continuous improvement and growth in charging network construction and operation management. Main Responsibilities: Charging Network Planning and Construction Develop electric vehicle charging network construction and operation strategies, optimizing network layout and coverage. Participate in charging station site selection assessments, construction plans, and technical solution development. Coordinate with suppliers, construction teams, and government departments to ensure charging facilities are completed on schedule. Network Operation and Management Supervise the daily operation of charging stations and charging piles, ensuring safe, stable, and reliable equipment operation. Monitor network operation data, analyze utilization, load, and revenue, and propose optimization suggestions. Manage equipment maintenance plans, including regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Lead the technology, operations, and customer service teams, assign tasks, and develop performance indicators. Coordinate internal teams (technology, operations, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation. Enhance team capabilities by organizing training and knowledge sharing. Safety and Compliance Management Develop charging network security management systems and operating procedures to ensure construction and operational safety. Comply with national and local electricity, transportation, and safety regulations to ensure the legal and compliant operation of the charging network. Organize safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills to reduce the incidence of safety incidents. Customer Experience and Service Optimization Focus on the charging user experience, optimizing charging service processes and payment systems. Collect user feedback to drive technical and operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Financial and Performance Management Manage charging network operating costs, optimizing revenue models and financial performance. Analyze network key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide operational reports and decision support. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in the operation and management of electric vehicle charging networks or the energy industry; experience in managing large-scale charging networks is preferred. Familiar with electric vehicle charging technology, charging pile standards, grid connection, and operation models. Proficient in using operation management and data analysis tools; data-driven capabilities are essential. Skilled in team management, cross-departmental coordination, and project management. Able to travel and work on-site. PMP or related project management and safety management qualifications are preferred. Work Environment: Combined office and charging network site work; participation in construction, operation and maintenance, and on-site management is required. May involve business travel, shift work, and emergency troubleshooting. Work environment includes outdoor charging station sites; adaptability to different climates and site conditions is required.
