We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility Consultant to join our reproductive health team. The consultant will provide expert medical and emotional support to individuals and couples dealing with infertility. Responsibilities include diagnosing causes of infertility, creating personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through options such as IUI, IVF, egg/sperm donation, and surrogacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations and assessments for individuals and couples experiencing fertility issues.
• Review patient medical histories and order diagnostic tests (e.g., hormone panels, ultrasounds, semen analysis).
• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, or surrogacy.
• Monitor patient progress during treatment cycles and adjust protocols as necessary.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, counselors, nurses, and other fertility specialists.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Keep accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay updated on advances in reproductive medicine and fertility treatment technologies.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:

  MBBS with MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent. Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine mandatory.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3-8 years of clinical experience in fertility or IVF settings.

• Certifications:

  Relevant fertility training or certifications desirable.
• Strong knowledge of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and compassion.
  

Work Environment:

• Clinical setting within a hospital, fertility centre, or private practice.
• May involve weekend shifts or on-call duties depending on patient need
