As an Executive Food Safety at Ferrero Rocher, your role will be to support the implementation of an effective Food Safety Management System and Ferrero Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with stakeholders to implement prerequisite programs for quality and food safety, such as pest control, cleaning and sanitation programs, calibration, and personal hygiene. - Write and update the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) using the risk analysis method and collaborate with the food safety group. - Manage customer complaints and nonconformances related to food safety or regulations, working with stakeholders for continuous improvement. - Conduct training in food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in production, and PRPs. - Serve as an auditor to monitor and implement food safety practices. - Ensure quality standards are met by all external contractors impacting the plant Quality System for pest control, cleaning, calibration, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. - 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. - Proficiency in Food Safety Management System and Quality Management System. - Practical knowledge of food safety prerequisites like pest control, cleaning, and sanitation. - Understanding of root cause analysis using problem-solving tools. - Familiarity with HACCP and global requirements such as the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
