Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling students for UK and Australia student visas, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about study options in the UK and Australia.
• Guide students through the entire visa application process including documentation, filing, and interview preparation.
• Assess student profiles and advise suitable universities, courses, and visa pathways.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Stay updated with immigration and visa policy changes for UK and Australia.
• Maintain records of student interactions and applications in the company system.
• Achieve student conversion and admission targets set by the management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (preferred for this role).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student visa counseling for UK and/or Australia. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality are also welcome.
• Strong knowledge of admission processes, visa documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in any field.
