About the Role: We’re hiring female telecallers with excellent communication skills and a knack for persuasion. Ideal for candidates who enjoy connecting with people and building client relationships over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients Share project details and fix site visits Follow up with leads from digital campaigns Update CRM and coordinate with sales staff Requirements: Confident verbal communication in Tamil and English Basic computer proficiency Experience in real estate or telesales preferred Location: Chennai Experience: 1+ years in telecalling / real estate calling preferred Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Real estate sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
