Female Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Duties

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and engagement.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the educational development of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress regularly to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably within a school or educational setting.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A patient and empathetic approach to teaching that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
