Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Duties Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students. Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and engagement. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the educational development of students. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress regularly to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably within a school or educational setting. Experience working with children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. A patient and empathetic approach to teaching that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are desirable but not essential.
