Job Summary:
The Female Staff Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. She assists doctors in medical procedures, monitors patients' conditions, administers medications, and maintains detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and nursing standards.Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures.Prepare and maintain patient records and nursing charts.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in patient care areas.Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensure availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
