Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Delivering Professional Massage Services

• Perform a wide range of massage therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Head & Shoulder Massage, and Full Body Massage based on client preferences.
  
• Assess the needs of each client and customize treatments to address stress, pain management, circulation improvement, or relaxation requirements.
  
• Ensure the correct use of oils, creams, and massage techniques to enhance the effectiveness of treatments.
  

2. Client Consultation & Care

• Conduct professional consultations before treatments to understand clients’ health conditions, concerns, and desired outcomes.
  
• Advise clients on appropriate treatments, aftercare routines, and wellness practices to extend the benefits of the massage.
  
• Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring comfort, privacy, and trust throughout the session.
  

3. Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards

• Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in the spa environment.
  
• Ensure massage rooms, linens, towels, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-prepared before and after every session.
  
• Follow proper health and safety guidelines while using oils, hot stones, and massage tools.
  

4. Promoting Spa Services and Products

• Educate clients about Vital Vibes Salon and SPA’s wellness packages, additional spa services, and skincare products.
  
• Encourage repeat visits and referrals by promoting memberships, seasonal offers, and special wellness packages.
  
• Assist in achieving sales goals by recommending relevant products that complement massage treatments.
  

5. Collaboration with the Team

• Work closely with salon and spa staff including receptionists, beauticians, and management to provide a seamless client experience.
  
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and workshops to upgrade skills and stay updated on the latest massage and wellness trends.
  
• Support colleagues during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Educational Background

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or Wellness Practices from a recognized institute.
  
• Additional training in specialized therapies (Ayurvedic, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, or Sports Massage) will be an advantage.
  

2. Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a professional massage therapist in a reputed spa, wellness center, or luxury salon.
  
• Fresh candidates with exceptional skills, passion, and certification may also be considered.
  

3. Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in various massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Therapy.
