Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Marketing Executive to join our real estate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote residential and commercial real estate projects through various marketing channels
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential clients
• Handle client queries and build strong relationships with prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion
• Participate in marketing campaigns, property expos, and promotional activities
• Maintain a client database and regularly follow up with leads
• Ensure effective branding through social media and offline activities
• Provide market feedback and suggest marketing strategies for better reach

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and proactive
• Good knowledge of local Hyderabad real estate market
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
