Female Junior Teacher

Role OverviewWe are looking for a caring and dynamic Junior Teacher to work with children aged 1 to 6 years in both academic classrooms and our daycare facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, able to deliver activity-based, Multiple Intelligence curriculum, and willing to engage children throughout the daycare and academic day.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities for children aged 1-6, adapting to group needs.
• Supervise, care for, and actively engage children both during class and daycare hours.
• Implement Multiple Intelligence and activity-based curriculum, ensuring holistic development.
• Maintain daily records: attendance, observations, progress, incident reports, and communication to parents.
• Work collaboratively with academic and daycare staff for seamless care, learning, and handover.
• Be present and responsible for children during transition times (arrival, meals, rest, pick-up).
• Participate in special events, trainings, and school promotional activities as scheduled.
• Use MS Office for lesson planning, assessments, and reports.
• Ensure classroom and daycare environments are clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to the institution’s policies regarding attendance, leave, and participation in events.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline (preference for Early Childhood/Nursery Teachers’ Training or related field).
• Experience with young children in an educational/daycare context is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Patient, energetic, and creative; passionate about child development and care.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Willingness to work across daycare and classroom as per schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
