Require Female Candidate with minimum 2 years Experience in Export Documentation. Job Description: 1. Making full documents for air and sea shipment pre and post shipment 2. Making of e-invoice 3. Knowledge of International Marketing is preferred. 4. Making invoices and packing list and tax invoice 5. Co-coordinating with bank and taking inward remittance from the bank 6. Sending documents to the bank for credit of the inward remittance 7. Making forward contract with forex exchange rate for all currencies like euro and GBP. 8. Sending documents to the bank for making BRC 9. Checking BRC on the DGFT portal 10. Tracking of the sea and air shipment 11. Keeping duty drawback data updated. 12. Mail correspondence coordinating with logistics Agent and transporter 13. Handling mail correspondence with buyer for the shipment and payment. 14. Tracking of the payment or inward remittance and outward remittance with buyers 15. Sending samples through air for approval.
