Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Female Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and online brand management. She will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
• Manage and grow our brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, ads) to attract and retain customers.
• Optimize content using SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website UI/UX and content updates.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction, architecture, or design industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva or Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
