Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage calls and chat support as per business needs. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to queries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up where necessary.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of customer support experience (Freshers welcome).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
  • Ability to multitask (calls & chats).
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
