JumpStart Skill Foundation was established in 2014 in Vadodara, and is registered as a Sections 25 Company. JumpStart is a social initiative which serves as a training platform to provide employment enhancing skill development opportunities to economically underprivileged women who may not have had a chance to complete their formal education. The organization works towards creating specialized training programs in various professional disciplines common to the Corporate, Service and Retail sector. Apart from imparting skill based training, the candidates will also be trained in English Communication, Computer Education, Personality Development and Grooming Skills; to give them an overall empowering experience and make them 'Market Ready'. The organization progressively aims to collaborate with various business formats, to create and secure suitable employment opportunities ensuring economic upliftment and financial independence of the trained candidates.

Job Description: Curriculum Coordinator & Administrator

Timing: 10 am to 6 pm

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordination with educators & directors from concept to launch for specific subjects running at the organization.
• Coordination & execution of new batch timetable in a timely manner as per schedule with Educators.
• Emailing Educators for Monthly Printouts of Worksheets, activities, field trips etc.
• Coordination with the educators and students regarding examination schedule. Via formal communication channels e.g, email.
• Maintain batch-wise log for examination results (FA1, FA2 & FA3).
• Maintaining & Creating Separate Files for all Projects and Subjects.
• Seeing that the educators at all-time Maintain their files and update it as per requirement.
• Creating filler classes in case of emergency due to absenteeism of an Educator.
• Coordination with the staff on day to day activities and task solving to enhance the organization.
• Handling of FA 1 & FA2 & SA exams for each Batch.
• Conducting the Orientation Program for each batch with all educators.
• Field Marketing as and when required to understand the current needs of our future students -approval by directors.
• Coordination with the staff on day to day activities and task solving to enhance the organization.

14. Ensure effective coordination with the social media team for timely posting and promotion of each batch’s activities and program updates on social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
