Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team at Edify World School, Walajapet. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that reflects our school’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and support prospective students and parents with information on academic programs, admission criteria, and school offerings.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum and facilities.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistency and clarity in admission communication.

Maintain and organize admission records, including application forms, documents, and related data.

Evaluate student eligibility, assist with registration procedures, and provide detailed guidance throughout the admission process.

Participate in admission events, orientation programs, and outreach initiatives to promote the school.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

1–5 years of relevant experience in admissions or counselling, preferably within reputed CBSE schools.

Sound understanding of educational programs, admission procedures, and related documentation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in record management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
