The role of a CS Intern at PhonePe Limited involves ensuring routine company law related compliances. This includes assisting in the preparation of pre and post meeting documents for board and general meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions for the meetings, and preparing and filing requisite e-forms with the Registrar of Companies. The intern will also be responsible for the preparation and updation of statutory registers of the Company and should have good knowledge of FEMA provisions and assist in related filings. Tracking the applicability of various company law compliances for the group entities, providing assistance in due diligence at various levels, and offering relevant corporate secretarial support under various jurisdictions are key responsibilities of this role.
