Location: Navi Mumbai Role Overview Candidate responsible for supporting the sales team through customer communication, order processing, and coordination with internal departments for smooth delivery of lubricant products. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries, quotations, and client follow-ups. Process sales orders and maintain customer and product records. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts for dispatch and billing. Prepare MIS reports and maintain price lists. Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction. Requirements Graduate,Post Graduate (MBA). 5 to 8 years of sales coordination experience; lubricant/industrial sector preferred. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred). Proficient in MS Office and email drafting. Strong follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills.
