Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:Promote and sell TMT bars to dealers, builders, contractors, and construction companies.
  • Channel Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors, ensuring proper pricing, supply, and support.
  • Market Intelligence:Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market share, and provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
  • Field Work:Regularly visit construction sites and project locations, attend trade events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting & Coordination:Maintain sales reports, client data, and market insights, and coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Target Achievement:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Product Knowledge:Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
