At its core, FEEDX envisions transforming traditional education into a relevant, innovation-centered journey. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Administrator role based in Secunderābād. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of FEEDX's activities, including coordinating events, managing communications, supervising student projects, and maintaining operational procedures. Additional responsibilities will include supporting program implementations, processing data for insights, and assisting in the development of community initiatives. The Administrator will also liaise with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to foster an engaged and collaborative environment. Qualifications Administrative and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and multitasking efficiently. Team Management and Collaboration: Experience in leading or coordinating teams, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as handling internal and external correspondence. Data and Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with office tools, basic analytics, and proficiency in technology-driven platforms. Additional Skills: Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
