The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of poultry farming needs, excellent sales skills, and a passion for providing solutions that improve poultry health and productivity. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned territory. · Identify and establish relationships with new and existing poultry farmers, feed distributors, and retail outlets. · Promote and demonstrate the benefits of our poultry feed products to customers. · Provide technical support and expert advice on product usage, nutritional benefits, and feeding practices. · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling as needed. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. · Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. · Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction. · Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. · Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
