Primary Responsibilities: To ensure the sales booking and revenue collection target achievement. To ensure profitable growth in sales & revenue through adequate execution of pre-communicated action points with growth-oriented leadership mindset. Job Description: • Check the incoming leads and filter the leads as per our (Fedelty Healthcare) standards/parameters. • Record the leads in the prescribed format / CRM. • Facilitate the prospective leads through calls / emails for identifying their requirements. • Analyze the needs of the clients and based on it, send them the quotations. • Negotiate with the prospective clients and close the deal. • Maintain long term relations with the customer. • Collect and close references from the existing customers. • Execute the strategies designed by the management for effective sales, both individually and as part of a team. • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly and submit as per prescribed timelines. • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience/ potential Market. • Collect feedbacks from customers on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc. • Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
