About Us: Al Boom Travel And Tourism dedicated to delivering seamless travel experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Supervisor / Tour Planner to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries for clients/groups. Arrange flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, and related services. Supervise travel operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for the best rates and services. Provide clients with travel advice, destination information, and customized packages. Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies professionally. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences. Train and support junior staff when required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Tour Planner, or in a supervisory travel role. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
