Company: FDC Company Location: Hyderabad (Flexible for site visits across the city) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4-5 Years About the Role FDC Company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial interior projects, be comfortable coordinating with clients and vendors, and be willing to travel for site visits anywhere in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations as required. Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback. Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks throughout project execution. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 4-5 years in interior designing with proven project experience. Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and other design tools. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and current design trends. Ability to create clear working drawings and execution-ready technical details. Soft Skills: Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong problem-solving skills and on-site decision-making ability.
