We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Operations Supervisor for a Kidswear garment brand to oversee day-to-day operations and manage inventory for our garment unit. He should have knowledge to work on Busy Software for managing and issuing inventory. Key Responsibilities · Supervise daily garment production activities on sewing lines. · Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and work targets effectively. · Monitor quality during production and reduce defects or rework. · Maintain discipline, attendance, and motivation of operators. · Coordinate with fabricators to ensure timely production and delivery of material as per scheduled timelines · Manage sourcing and inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories with cost control. · Inwarding and issuing Inventory stocks, ensure proper documentation and updation in Busy Software Maintain proper storage and handling of stocks to prevent material damage and wastage. · Monitor and process orders received on website on daily basis and ensure that they are fulfilled timely Skills & Qualifications: 3+ year experience in garment manufacturing operations Proficient in basic computer operations and record maintenance.
