Role & responsibilities Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Maintaining machinery and plant electrical systems (motors, VFDs, panels). Handling breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime. Electrical Installation & Commissioning: Installing new machines or electrical systems. PLC panel wiring, cable tray layouts, power supply setup. Power Distribution: Managing LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems. Ensuring safety and efficiency in electrical distribution. Automation & PLC Systems: Working with PLCs, SCADA, HMI for process automation. Troubleshooting logic/programming faults. Energy Management: Monitoring power consumption and improving energy efficiency. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing energy-saving projects. Team Leadership & Training: Supervising electricians and technicians. Training junior staff and managing shift operations. Documentation & Reporting: Preparing maintenance logs, SOPs, checklists. Coordinating with other departments like production, QA, and utility. Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge on production. Strong Leadership & Interpersonal skills. Min 12-13 years of experience in manufacturing industry
