We are looking for a Brand Onboarder to join our team at LaFetch in Gurgaon for a 3-month, full-time internship, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). We welcome candidates with 1-2 years of prior experience in brand onboarding, partnerships, or business development, particularly in the fashion/e-commerce sector. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and approaching relevant brands in target categories, presenting platform unique selling points, and onboarding brands that are in line with our business strategy. You will be in charge of outreach, introductory calls, pitches, and closing commercial agreements. We expect a certain number of new brand leads to be generated and onboarded each month, and we will assess the brand acquisition conversion rate. Collaboration with our Brand Managers will be crucial to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This role is suited for individuals who have a passion for fashion and are eager to work at the crossroads of creativity and commerce. We are seeking a student or recent graduate with a degree in a fashion-related field, who possesses a strong aesthetic sense and an awareness of evolving trends. The ideal candidate should also have a talent for storytelling and building relationships.
