(parent company of Little Angels, Sweaters Makers and Fashion Pulse). This role will focus on generating high-quality leads, building strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships across Retail, D2C Brands, Corporates, and Global Buyers. Key Responsibilities 1. Retailer Lead Generation & Sales ~Identify and connect with kidswear and winterwear retailers across India. ~Conduct requirement-gathering calls, share pricing, assess business potential, and perform background checks. ~Manage sample dispatch where required and close sales on 100% advance or PDC terms based on retailer credibility. 2. D2C Brand Partnerships ~Build relationships with founders of emerging D2C fashion brands. ~Introduce The Umora Way (No MOQ model, flexible product development, real-time colorways). ~Consult and onboard brands into the flat-knit category by co-developing their seasonal ranges. 3. Global Corporate Outreach ~Research and identify leads within Fortune 500 companies in the retail and lifestyle vertical. ~Establish connections via cold calls and email campaigns, request meetings, and pitch Umora's knitting expertise for supply opportunities. 4. Institutional & Retail Partnerships ~Approach MBOs, retail chains, maternity hospitals, and wellness stores across India. ~Pitch shop-in-shop models, corporate gifting solutions, and outright purchase opportunities. ~Develop and maintain long-term institutional relationships. 5. Affiliate & Influencer Sales ~Manage and expand affiliate marketing programs for mylittleangels.in. ~Collaborate with influencers, high-net-worth individuals, and reseller communities to drive website sales. ~Track performance and optimize programs for maximum ROI. 1. Freshers and recent graduates (BBA, MBA, Commerce, Marketing, Retail, or related fields) 2. Candidates available for full-time in-office work (Belapur, Navi Mumbai) 3. Available for a 6 months internship and willing to transition into a full-time role 4. Have strong interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce 5.
