Position: Fashion Designer Intern (Apparel Industry)
Location: Near Mullickbazar Crossing, Kolkata]
Stipend: 8500 to 14000 (Negotiable) + Incentive
Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Full-time Internship)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer Intern to join our design team. This role will involve hands-on experience in apparel designing, pattern creation, fabric selection, and embellishment techniques, particularly in ethnic wear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development and design creation for apparel collections.
• Work on pattern making and garment construction.
• Create illustrations and technical drawings for designs.
• Work with saree fabrics, sequins, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques.
• Coordinate with the production team for sample development.
• Research fashion trends, colors, and fabric textures for upcoming collections.

Skills Required:

• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in pattern making.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Understanding of embroidery techniques, saree fabrics, and sequins work.
• Ability to translate design ideas into practical prototypes.

Eligibility:

• Preferably pursuing or completed a Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
• Basic to intermediate hands-on experience in apparel designing.
