Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create original and appealing designs for kids' clothing, considering current trends, market demands, and age-specific requirements.

- Prototyping and Sampling: Develop prototypes and samples of designs, ensuring quality and feasibility for production.

- Fabric Selection: Choose suitable fabrics and materials for kids' clothing, prioritizing comfort, durability, and safety.

- Pattern Making and Fitting: Create patterns and ensure proper fitting for various age groups and sizes.

- Collaboration: Work with design teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to bring designs to life.

Required Skills:

- Creativity and Artistic Ability: Strong drawing and sketching skills, with a keen eye for detail and color.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or other specialized tools.

- Knowledge of Trends and Market: Understanding of current fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences.

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring designs meet quality, safety, and brand standards.
