Prakrithi by Ramya is a premium designer boutique in Calicut, specializing in bridal sarees, lehengas, gowns, and traditional ethnic wear. We are known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and elegant designs that blend tradition with modern aesthetics.

Position: Fashion Designer / Production Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in ethnic wear or bridal wear production

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate production of sarees, lehengas, and gowns.
• Supervise and manage Hindi-speaking handwork masters and stitching staff effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of production as per boutique standards.
• Work closely with the tailoring, embroidery, and finishing teams.
• Handle fabric selection, styling, and color combinations.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in a boutique or designer wear production setup.
• Should be able to communicate in Hindi and Malayalam (or English).
• Strong sense of creativity, organization, and leadership.
• Ability to handle deadlines and multitask efficiently.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 (based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided for candidates from outside Calicut
Joining: Immediate / Urgent vacancy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
