Fashion Designer Export House

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate would be required to plan, design and get the collection made on a monthly basis.

2. Ideal number of new styles to be created per month would be about 50 references.

3. PD activities such as mocks, new sourcing & development on the basis of buyer mood boards would need to be performed along side the designing.

4. Customers are in line with brands such as Anthropologie, Free People, Zara Studio, Sezanne, so similar handwriting is expected in designing.

5. Required to lead the design team.

6. Maintenance of the showroom display.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must be eager to learn with an eye for fashion. Should be able to work in a continuous evolving and fast paced working environment.

2. It would be preferred if candidate has experience in the upmarket European fashion with varying embroidery techniques and fabrics.

3. High end designing is expected - we do not do basic cut and sew / low-priced apparel.

4. Must be able to take up a challenge and work qualitatively under stress.
