Fashion Design Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review fashion tech packs created by the design team and ensure all details are complete.
• Explain design requirements, specifications, and construction details clearly to the production team.
• Act as a communication link between the designers and production units to avoid miscommunication.
• Provide suggestions or improvements to make designs more production-friendly.
• Follow up on sample developments and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate fit reviews and gather feedback from the production side.
• Maintain documentation and version control of tech packs and samples.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fashion-related role, preferably in coordination or production support.
• Good understanding of garment construction and fashion terminology.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work closely with both creative and technical teams.
• Basic knowledge of design software or tech packs is a plus.
