About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to answer questions accurately and effectively. 4. Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements. 7. Handle and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
